By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or participating in our workshops and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

Salso World Media provides:

  • Workshops and Classes: In-person and online art instruction
  • Custom Projects: Commissioned artwork and personalized art services

  • Digital Content: Blog articles, newsletters, and educational materials

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases
  • Users aged 13-17 may participate in workshops with parental consent
  • Children under 13 may participate in designated children's programs with parental supervision

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Product Sales and Orders

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However:

  • Colors may vary due to monitor settings and photographic lighting
  • Product specifications are subject to manufacturer changes
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
  • Availability is subject to stock levels

4.2 Ordering Process

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
  • Confirmation emails do not guarantee order acceptance
  • Payment authorization constitutes order acceptance

5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Products must be in original, unused condition
  • Original packaging and all accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

6.3 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time is 5-10 business days after item receipt
  • Shipping costs are generally non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless item was defective

7. Workshop Terms and Conditions

7.1 Registration and Payment

  • Workshop registration requires full payment unless otherwise specified
  • Registration confirmations will be sent via email
  • Workshop capacity is limited and registration is first-come, first-served
  • We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment

7.2 Cancellation Policy

  • Customer Cancellations: Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before workshop; 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before; no refund for cancellations within 2 days
  • Company Cancellations: Full refund or credit toward future workshop
  • Weather/Emergency: Workshops may be rescheduled or moved online

7.3 Workshop Conduct

  • Participants must follow all safety guidelines and instructions
  • Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund
  • Photography and recording may occur for promotional purposes
  • Materials and equipment provided are for workshop use only

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Our Content

All content on our website and in our materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is our property or used with permission and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 User Content

By submitting content to us (reviews, photos, testimonials), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for business purposes.

8.3 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
  • Use our trademarks or logos without authorization

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or pandemic-related restrictions.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

17. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor in interest without restriction.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Salso World Media regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:
